Though not horribly so...

So I officially have NO IDEA what's going on in my life. except that tomorrow I'm leaving for Canmore to visit my brothers. But as for moving out...I have no idea. I was going to in the new year, then mom said that she might be spending four or five days out of the week in Edmonton when the new year started. So I might just be able to live at home fully undisturbed by her. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see after the holidays.

But, on a much much MUCH lighter side, I'm doing sound for GREASE!!!!!! We're doing Grease as our school play this year and I get to do all the sound stuff!! YAY!!! I'm excited. My dreads have made it somewhat impossible to be a part of the acting (how many rastas were there in the fifties?) but seeing as the old sound guy is playing guitar with the pit band, I get to take his place up in the booth. Hurray!! I just hope I do as well as he does. He's sooo good at sound.

And, another upside of being in the tech booth, I'll be *mostly* alone with this guy that I really like. He's doing lights. He's amazing at them. And he plays guitar. And he has a mohawk. And overall amazing style. And he has so many amazing opinions on all things political and environmental. Like Commu-anarchy. Which is exactly what my political thoughts have been since before I even moved to Sylvan and met him. And he's really nice. And funny. And I just keep going on, so maybe I should stop...

Yeah. But I do really like him and I'm soooo glad that I get this amazing opportunity to get to know him. you don't get much better than being stuck in a little box together. XD

But,I have to go eat breakfast, so. Peace and Love and Happiness in a thousands tons to all of you!!!!! =D

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://cuppythebookworm.blogspot.com/2009/12/life-is-confuzzling-me-though-not.html' title='Life is Confuzzling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I probably won't be able to post very much for quite a long time. Oh well, it's not so bad. hahaha I haven't exactly been posting very much lately anyways. whatever.

On a lighter note, I'm in the one acts festival again. right now we're doing our in house session for just Sylvan Lake people. we've done two shows and tonight is our last. It should be great. I get to be a crazy kleptomaniac. It's good.

But, I have to go to the library with my dad, so I'll leave you to your own devices for a little while.

Peace and Love!!!!

All of my love to all of you at once!!!LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

First off, my most superficial note, if still quite a happy one. I got a kitty!! his name is Simon Ezra Fox and I got him on Wednesday. He's white with orange splotches and he's really adorable. And little. But, carrying on.

so last night I had the single greatest Merge of my life. it was soooo intense. Merge, for anyone that doesn't know it, is a gathering of the youth groups of several churches in Sylvan lake and about sylvan in other towns. anyways, we started off with some worship songs and they were as intense as usual. I sang loud loud LOUD in my harmonies (I very rarely sing the words 'cause I'm not christian so they don't really pertain to me much). But I was harmonizing and it was good. Then the speaker, Jacki, went up and told us about some of her life and some of the experiences that brought her closer to her god. It was a pretty intense talk, I gotta say.

At the end she called the band back up to do a little background music while she called people up to be prayed for. Now, her speech had been about sexual abuse and other such incredibly intense things, so the first people she called up were others who had been sexually abused. That right there made it intense in itself, let alone the fact that the band played the PERFECT song to go along with it. The first line of the chorus was 'Let it go". But there wasn't a lot of singing so I was harmonizing with some serious soprano the WHOLE TIME. LOUD. loud enough that everyone could hear me over the music. it was intense.

Then I let all the emotions in the building run through me and I completely opened myself up to the True Source and channeled as much love as i physically could. And when the music ended i sat down in front of the stage and did some meditation...then i started laughing...which in turn led to me crying my eyes out with the pure joy of Love. Laughing and smiling at everyone and crying and overall just giving off as many good vibes as I could.
And when I finally stood up first thing I did was walk over to a guy I have never met in my life, give him a hug and tell him what an amazing person he is and that I truly love him. well, this was how the conversation went:

Me: Hi, I'm Cuppy...I really want to give you a hug.
Him: Umm, okay...*we hug*
Me: Thank you. Thank you so much.
Him: For what?
Me: For existing! You are truly amazing. You're a wonderful person.
Him: Thank you. that really means a lot.
Me: It's true. I love you. Have a good night. *I walk away*

It was good. Then i spent the next little while giving hugs to as many people as i could and telling them that i love them. I was reduced to tears again when i gave hugs to Kirsten and Chelsea and i couldn't quite articulate the fact that I love them both sooooo much. So, overall, it was the best night of my life so far. And it helped me to take some notice of a few abstract ideas that i hadn't seen before. Which is so good. I'll try and see if i can explain them...

1. I finally realized that I have friends in Sylvan Lake who truly love me. This was a really Really REALLY good thing to notice.
2. I re-noticed all the beauty of the world and how much I love everything on it.
3. I found out the best way to cry is to just fill yourself with Love and laugh a little. The tears will come. And they will be tears of absolute Joy.
4. I noticed how much i need to help the world in any way i possibly can, although that's been a realization in the coming for the past week.

So, yeah, this whole week has been pretty dang intense. On Wednesday I went to the Get Real program at the middle school here and that was Fully intense. There was about twenty or so grade eleven and ten students who hung out with the grade eights for the day. At first we just did some trust games and get-to-know-you-better stuff and just got comfortable with everyone in the room. Then, just before lunch, we split off into small groups of six or seven people: One teen leader, one adult and four grade eights. Or so. some had more, some less. My group was six people. During lunch we had to draw a picture of our ideal school. Well, what we really did was write down all the cool things that would be in our ideal school. It was cool. We came up with a lot of epic stuff. Then, after lunch, we did this thing called Cross the Line. I don't know how many of you have heard of it, so for those who haven't, here's what it is:

Everyone stood on one side of the gym and Lisa, one of the people organizing the whole thing, called out categories. If you were a part of that category, you crossed to the other side. Then she would ask you to come back. Now, these weren't categories like, if your favorite color is pink, cross the line. It was stuff like, if there has ever been a time when you didn't know if you had a place to stay, cross the line. Or if you've ever been forced into a sexual act, cross. It was intense. And really powerful. My hardest to watch was 'If you've ever had nothing to eat in your house for 24 hours or more, cross the line'. My hardest to walk was not having a place to stay. It was hard enough that I started crying for the first time in a public place since I was about six.

Then we went back to our groups and talked about what was hardest for us to watch and walk. Then we told everyone something we wouldn't normally tell people. Then we had to tell everyone something we wouldn't normally tell people that was FUNNY. It was an amazing way to break the solemnity without taking away from the message. However, it was still completely emotionally draining. I sort of with i could have just gone home after and cried for a few hours, but I had to go to choir, so oh well. I guess i was just meant to go to Merge and let it all out instead. Which is good because that was more a letting out of Love, than Sorrow.

I was also spending lot of my time watching some of the videos that my brother put on facebook about saving the plant and whatnot. One of them has inspired me to become a vegan unless my mom starts buying organic free-range milk products and eggs and has completely reinforced my vegetarianism. The others have inspired me to become an environmental activist and help campaign to shut down the tar sands and factories and other such huge pollutants.

But, I should probably go. All of my love to everyone. You guys are amazing in soooo many ways. I love you with all my heart. I hope some of you can also open yourselves up to the True Source, in whatever form you believe it (Allah, God, the Universe...it matters not). May Peace and Joy and Love bless you always! Bye.

And I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad, that all my friends are moving away from blogger land.

hahaha. myself included, unfortunately. It's kinda funny how little we all post these days. Well, one day this blog will become a travel blog and there will be een LESS posts, but the ones that come up will be So InTeNsElY EpIc that they'll pretty much blow up blogger...well, maybe not quite, but they will be pretty darn epic.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!! I'm an evil something or other and I'm gonna eat your souls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bwahahahahaahahhahahaha...ha...haha.........hmmm.

This is what happens to me when I'm sick...ish. I was sicker yesterday, but now I'm getting better. Yesterday I couldn't even stand up without getting a major huge headache and blacking out for about ten seconds. It was intense. And whenever i walked i had to sort of shuffle, like i was some really old and somewhat decrepit person. it was CrAzY. So i spent all day either lying in bed or lying on the couch. And my daddy brought me ToMaTo SoUp!!!!! YAYZZ!!! He's the best dad EVER. I LoVe HiM LoTs!!

OH!!!! I can't wait for ChRiStMaS BrEaK!!!!!!!!!! Know why?!?!?!?! I'M GoInG To My BrOtHeR's HoUsE In CaNmOrE and my entire family is gonna be there!!! Both of my brothers and my sisi and my mom and my dad. and maybe even Serena's brothers and sister. WoOhOo!! It's exciting 'caus ei might be able to meet my two brothers-in-sort-of-law. HuZzAh!!!! Not to mention I get to chill out in Canmore for the whole break, and that's just fully epic 'cause I really like Canmore and i really like my brothers and Serena. So.

Ummmmm....What else is there for saying???? Well, I'm listening to classical music right now on Aol radio dealio. It's cool. Me and my sisi are the most bad ass kids in town 'cause we listen to classical music over the weekends. we blast it so loud the neighbors hear it,.....good thing it's classical so they don't mind too much, XD right now I'm listening to...well, i was listening to 3 places in New England, Third Movement: The Housatonic at Stockbridge. No wait, I AM listening to it still 'cause the little 'change song' button isn't on right now. good thing there's only a minute or so left 'cause this one is too dark and slow and weird for me right now...Oh well. I'll live. It's over now. And now I'm listening to...Symphony no. 88 in G. But I don't wanna listen to it either. so I'm gonna click the little change button and listen to...Okay, so apparently I've exceeded the number of skips allowed. XD Oh well. now I'm listening to another station. And it makes me wanna listen to Radiohead 'cause the song is called All I Need(Radiohead). So I'm not sure if that means that it's origianlly by Radiohead or what. But, now I'm gonna switch over to some InDiE RoCk!!! Woot!! Actually, I'm listening to the All Radiohead station, but whatevs.

So...I think that's about enough of my headache and extreme sleep induced ranting...Adios!!!!!

Oh yeah, I love Thom Yorke. Just sayin'. He's amazing. 'Cause Radiohead is amazing. I've had plenty of opportunity but I've just procrastinated and whatnot. and i was sick yesterday, bleh. but I'm better now!!! I have a pretty dang good immune system, so the longest i ever seem to be sick is about a day. hurray!

anyways, the Flogging Molly concert was FLIPPIN' AmAzInG!!!!!!!! They are soooo great live. and I got so sweaty and hot from being right in the middle of the crowd. Gah, ever since bike tour i've loved the smell of sweat. hmm....

What else has been happening? well, i got into one of the one acts. I'm a crazy kleptomaniac in cheque please. quite funny. I'm gonna steal a fork by shoving it in one of my dreads. XD

Oh yeah, i dyed my bangs red. My sisi was dying her hair red underneath and she had some extra dye, so we dyed my hair for the first time EVER. and it looks pretty good. i like red. it apparently makes my eyes like BANG!!! XD Oh Tyler, you and your analogies. XD

ummmm...So, in two days I'm going to AnOtHeR concert. this time for Marianas Trench in Red Deer. kewl shtuff. I thoroughly enjoy that band. especially their masterpiece theatres. Number ...2 i think is my favorite...or maybe 1...or 3...hmm. All of them. XD

Then on the 12th I'm going to a LoCaL CoNcErT...with a flippin' SkA BaNd!!! Gahh!! so stoked. I didn't know Alberta even had ska bands!! woohoo!! I'm about to put up some pictures of me on bike tour!!! woohhooooo!!!!..I miss it!!! ='( *sniffle* but, onward!

so, this was right at the beginning, in Nelson, BC. We were at this super cool market. it was great.

And this next one is at the start of a rail trail in the Slocan Valley. woohoo!! sooo beautiful.

Water water water!!! XD but it was beautiful, too!!
Climbing waterfalls. that was fun. me and my brother went to the top of it and then rappelled down on a pipe. It was great.

This one is at halfway hot springs. Me and my brother drinking some geothermal mate. we put out wok full of water into the pool where the hot water was seeping out of the rocks and boiled it up for mate drinking!

Then we have some gooood foood!!! I loved making food on the road. it was all sooo yummy. I can't quite remember what we were eating here...but it was yUmMy!!

This one is me at the top of Roger's Pass, lying on the ground, laughing so hard i cried. I was expecting the pass to be sooo much worse than it was. it was more like a speed bump!!! Needless to say, what with the high altitude and the lack of oxygen (It WAS pretty high up) i went a little nutso! XD

Here's me and my brother making RAW BALLS!!!! They are soooo yummy. You mix dates, raisins, tahini, honey, carob (or cocoa) powder and whatever other nuts, seeds and berries you want then squish into a lovely mess and roll it into balls. Then you can roll the balls in coconut or flax or something, to keep them from falling apart. they are sooo good. and it's all raw, so you're not losing any of the energy by cooking stuff.

This is the RV that the German doctor who picked us up when i cut my knee was driving. Thank you to the doctor whose name i can't quite remember!!! XD

And this last is me and my family in Field. Everyone in my group did super duper awesome. We're doing three plays this year: Cheque Please, Sure Thing and Savage Love. I dunno if any of you have heard of any of them, but they all seem pretty coool. Cheque please is a play about a Guy and a Girl who go on a bunch of blind dates with completely whacked out people. Then at the end they fall in love with each other. It's funny. Then Sure Thing is about a guy named Bill and a girl named Betty who meet. Bill keeps trying to keep the conversation going in a way that will further their relationship and any time one of them says the wrong thing a bell rings and they start the conversation over again. It quite amusing. Then Savage Love is a collection of nineteen monologues about love. It's suuuuper cool. The one i did for the audition was called Savage. It's great. It's one of the angry ones, though i haven't read all of the monologues yet, so i couldn't say if it's the only one or not.

anyways, school is going good. It's not as boring as last year because I'm doing soooo much more stuff. I have choir at lunches on some days 1,4 and 7, Mate circle at lunch on days 2 and 6 and student council on whatever days between. I hope. I still want to be on the council, but if it overlaps with choir or mate...well, mate and singing take precedence.

Speaking of council, I didn't get voted for Treasurer. But that's fine 'cause I don't like money anyways. So it doesn't matter. however, the presidential election was completely rigged. Manny, the stupid ass, handed out extra ballots to people that he knew would vote for him. So he won, but only 'cause he's an idiot. I think the teachers might hold another election, though, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that manny will be completely shafted from his fake presidential seat...and if not, some of us have started an anarchy group that we'll use to overthrow him.

And last Saturday i went to a concert. It was super rad. It was held in a skate shop downtown and a high school screamo band was playing. They're called Near Dissent and they rock. And the bass guitarist is soooooo attractive. He has a mohawk. It's great. At the beginning of the year i thought it was a loss 'cause last year his hair was so good looking, but I got over that when i realized he had bare feet for his concert and he was wearing the worlds greatest plaid pants, safety pinned into skinnies. It was great.

haha. and apparently we'd make a cute couple. XD I laughed at that...however, if i don't end up acting in one acts (or even if i do) I might take a position with tech and he happens to be our major tech guy. sooo...*smiles playfully* if you take my meaning.

Of course, if not him then there's a guy in my physics and Spanish classes. And he's incredibly attractive in a billion ways...hmmm....

but, adios, mi amigos! have wonderful times!!

wow. radiohead. wow

I'm pretty sure Radiohead is my favorite band of the moment. and THIS is my favorite song of the moment. That and Karma Police and Just and Fade Out(Street Spirit). Oh Radiohead, you are truly amazing. I love them.

In other news, I spent five hours sewing last night and my neck HURTS. I wish i had a table i could sew at, but none fit me so I'm always slumped over and five hours with your head down leaves you achin' in the mornin'.

However, my shaman pants are gonna be super sweet when i finish them. So my five hours of sewing will be completely worth it.

But, I'm dang tired right now, so I'm gonna go to bed...even though it's only eight fortyfive. XD Once you get into high school you just get so tired. XD Funny how that works. you're in elementary and you don't ever want to sleep and you get to high school and that seems to be all you want to do. haha. what an ironic world. Gotta love it. XD

Peace and Love, my friends. I'll post to you soon!

wow, I'm starting to feel like Levi...

I dunno why, i just haven't had any inspriation to post. huh.

IT'S A GROWING EPIDEMIC!!!

and my dreads are itchy. XD

anyways, today I went on a crazy job hunt. it was enjoyable. i biked around town with nine resumes in my bag and handed them out at random places that i thnk it would be cool to work at. that or i filled out applications. and i think i may just have to go out again later today.

and I'm directing this year for the One Acts drama festival!! Hurrah!!! I probably won't be able to get a part seeing as I have dreadlocks and not many plays call for a rasta. so, I'm just gonna be the lady behind the magic. XD

ummmm...I'm in choir again. wooot!! and i have band on monday after school. you know what kinda sucks, though? We don't have a jazz band. I really wish we did. I love jazz and i haven't played enough of it in my life to satisfy myself...though i don't really think that's possible. I love jazz.

in another exciting piece of news, we have a student's council this year!! apparently my school hasn't had a student's council for quite a long time, so I'm super excited. and, I'm nominated for treasurer. I have all of next week to campaign and the election is week after. It's pretty coool. I've never held an executive position before. Not to mention i love student's council. I was part of the one inmmy old school and i had sooo much fun.

but, i shall have to let you all go about whatever daily activities you happen to have. I' gonna go eat. mmmm.

however, i must mention that I'm listening to Weezeright now. yus. PORK AND BEANS IS A GREAT SONG!!!! even if i don't eat meat...But i flippin' love weezer. they're the greatest.

anywho, PEACE AND LOVE!!!

*WARNING!!! Many profanities appearing in this post* Normally I'm not a violent person...

But some people just completely piss me off. Especially the couple fucking whore bitches in my physics class. Well, mostly Taylor. Demi's not too bad.

Kay, I'll explain.

I was sitting in physics a couple days ago, reading my book 'cause we weren't doing anything and Taylor looks over and asks "Why are you reading?"

so i look up and tell her that i read 'cause it's fun and i love it. and that books are a sort of magical concept and help enhance your imagination. and she says that books are boring so why don't i just watch the movie? Now, i didn't say, but is she so stupid that she doesn't realize that not ever book published has been made into a movie? Seriously. What a fucking ditz.

Then i told her that I don't really watch movies and i don't have TV or anything, so reading is just what i do. and, her's the fucking KICKER.

She said she thinks books are only good as FIREWOOD.

I swear if I had fucking lasers coming out of my eyes that fucking whore would have no head. I was damn close to bloodying her fucking smug little ditzy nose. Fortunately for her, I can contain myself...and i didn't want to get any blood on my book...

Fucking whore. I hope she burns in a deep pit reserved especially for those who burn books.

and then today she was just pestering my with stupid shit. The worst, and first, was while i was reading again before class started she was talking to Demi and she said "Hey look, she's almost done her book, soon we'll have some fire wood." I was, once again, ready to punch the cunt in her fucking face. Whore. Then she was randomly pestering me about my dreads and i suffered through it, trying to sort of let it go. It was funny after school when i told some of my other friends about it, though. Tyler was like "Wow. I have never seen you this angry. I would not like to get on your bad side." It was funny. I never thought I could be such a violent person. XD

Fortunately (For her) I just drew contrary alligator from my medicine cards and it said that need to laugh off a conflict. So. I'll attempt, for sure. At least i have the mate circle in school tomorrow. Mate always makes me feel good.

Gah, I think i just want to get back on the road. I feel so...cooped up here. Caged. There just isn't enough room to make decisions. or the decisions that you get to make are choices between things that you maybe don't want to do either way. Like "Do you want english or chemistry?" ...ummm...I don't really want to go to school AT ALL. Thanks for the offer though...

But, I'm listening to some Indie rock on the radio and that makes me feel better.

Oh crap, I have a spanish project to finish. Dang. Kay, I love you all. Thank you if you managed to get through my rant. Thank you for being the people that i can talk to best. I love you.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://cuppythebookworm.blogspot.com/2009/09/warning-many-profanities-appearing-in.html' title='*WARNING!!! FLOGGING MOLLY CONCERT!!!!!!!!! and I'm in another band...

well, it's technically the same band, but we have a different name now. instead of Skittle jam we're *unofficially* called Global Water. Kay, comment what Global Water means to you. Then I'll tell you in a post in about a week...or less, I dunno. A week at most.

and OMG!!!!! I'M GOING TO SEE FLOGGING MOLLY!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, they were the FIRST EVER band that i ever started listening to!!!!!!! I'm sooo psyched!!!!! I LOVE FLOGGING MOLLY!!!!! and, this is their first Canadian tour!!!! First time they've EVER played in Edmonton!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! OHMIGOSHIES!!!!!!!!!!

I seriously got home this afternoon, saw the note on my counter from my mom saying she bought us the tickets and I SCREAMED so LOUD!!!!!!!!! Then i ran back outside and ran down the street with the paper to show my sisi. I had biked home and she was walking so i got home first. And we pretty much screamed all the way back to the house. XD It was great.

anyways, the first bit o' school has been super awesome. My schedule is super great. I have Drama and English and physics and Spanish this semester...and no clue about next semester. XD but that's okay. except that i know i have band next semester. and social and math...and probably biology...but maybe chemistry. I dunno. Oh, and on days two and six me and a bunch of people are going to have a mate circle in the spanish room. woot woot!!! And we're gonna get a whole bunch of people hooked on it. It should be great.

But, my sisi wants to say something:

AHHH! I don't know ya'll but ya'll are sweet! Haha. By the way...Ya'll should drink Mate! Find a place where they sell it and drink it! You can ask my sister the proper way later though. Haha, Anywho. Peace and Love Ya'll!! Woottt!!

Yeah, like my sisi said, PEACE AND LOVE!!!!!!

I'll talk to you all soon! Only I've been used to the woods for the past couple weeks and I was NOT ready to go back to high school. it hit me like a train. and i was completely hyper for the rest of the day. Of course, having three drama classes in a row probably didn't help. the reason i had three was because I was accidentally put into the social 10 class when I'm supposed to be in social 20. XD it was funny. I would have been stuck with a bunch of grade tens. hahah. Instead i skipped it and went to drama until i could get my schedule fixed. After my skipped social class i had the drama class i was supposed to be in and then i would have had social again (it was double today) only i stayed with my drama teacher. XD it was goooood times. then it was lunch and not a lot of interesting stuff happened. just some wandering around the school. looking for people i know. I ended up finding several groups and i still don't know who I'm gonna hang out with at lunch, but we'll have to see. at least i have plenty of options. XD Then after lunch i had physics, which i can already tell I'm gonna LOVE. the teacher is super cool and I love physics already and a whole crapload of my friends are in that class. so, I'm pretty much set. Then it was applied math 20 time. But I've decided I'm DEFINITELY taking math through correspondence. I just can't do it in the classroom. it's no wonder i almost failed last year. In grade eight and nine my teachers both just left me alone and i did perfectly well, and then i get to Dunnigan and i can't concentrate because he's constantly talking in the background. Oh well.

Then after school i got my schedule changed so now, hopefully, tomorrow will go something like this:
Drama
Social Studies
Drama
Physics
Spanish

If all goes well. Then next semester I'm taking Math through correspondance, Band, English and chemistry...i think. I hope. If my schedule works out it should look like that. and that would be totally awesome.

and now for the dreadful story..................................................................................... ........................................................................ ................................................................................ ........................................................................... ..............

...............I GOT DREADLOCKS!!!!!!!!! awwwww yeeeaaaahhhhhh. they are sooooo friggin' sweeeeet. They're all covered in yarn, too, until th bases can dread properly and the yarn is rainbow colored, so I have suuuuper bright hair. it's great. and one is wrapped with wire. They're amazing. I'll try and post some pictures eventually. If my sister ever decides to put her pictures on the computer. or if i find some pictures of my on Facebook or something. Somehow, they will end up on blogger, this i swear. XD

anyways, going back to embroidering my binder now. it's an enjoyable process, if a little hard on the hands.

PEACE AND LOVE!!!!!!

So, the bike tour with my bro and his girlfriend was literally cut short.

I sliced my knee open while getting water. oh well. it's a-okay.

so, here's a small recap of my journey seeing as i'm totally suckish at typing now and i need to SLEEEEEP. XD

...actually, i can't really decide where to start. soooo much awesome stuff happened and so much just blurred together into a pulpy mess in my brain that i can't make sense of it.

I will say that i hit up three hotspings in two weeks. it was great. and we got to stay at Halcyon Hot Spings (which is an uber fancy pants resort) for FREE. we got taken home by a guy with a shoot off of the springs in his back yard. soooo nice. and we went to Halfway hotsprings a few days before that. it's these beautiful natural pools. they're amazing. and sooo relaxing. the last ones we hit were developed ones that weren't really hotspings, more like just hot tubs. oh well. it was nice anyways. and they were the only ones we paid for, but seeing as how i got a flat tire less than a kilometer away from them, we thought it was probably meant to be. XD So we got to soak for three hours. soooo nice.

and we went up Rogers Pass, the most dangerous-for-cyclists pass in all of Canada, or so they say...

...it was pretty much a speedbump. it wasn't even slightly difficult...well, slightly. but certaibnly not as bad as i was expecting. XD and when i got to the top i started laughing so hard that i fell over on the pavement, crying tears of mirth. XD

then when we got to the bottom of the pass on the other side i was getting water from a creek and i dropped a lid. so i chased it down the culvert and slipped in the water and sliced and inch long cut in my knee. it was also about a quarter inch deep. damn big. the funniest part was, though, that instead of going right back to the road and fixing it, i filled the water and THEN went back up. and by that time it was bleeding down into my shoe. which sucked. but it's a good thing my shoes are black. XD

then we had to kitchhike into golden with three bikes. we ended up getting picked up by a german doctor and his family in an RV, so it was all good.

and the doctor in Golden was insisting that i get stitches...he ended up being incredibly sexist about it. XD he was like "I guarentee that one day you will regret not getting stitches."

"But i like battle scars."
"Some day you're gonna want to wear a dress, you know." He said that 'casue i was wearing my brothers shorts. XD it was funny. then my brother came to talk to him and he was saying he guarenteed I'd regret it soooo much that we both ended up laughing right in his face. Personally, i love getting scars and i wear them like trophies.

I didn't end up with stitches. the slice is held together with bandaid sort of things. which is cool.

Unfortunately I'm now back in Sylvan and getting ready to go to school (BLEH) Oh well. I'll manage. I've decided to take my grade eleven and twelve in one year, thoug. hopefully i can finish eleven in one semester and twelve in the next. that way i can add an extra year onto my life. YAY!! Then I'm taking a train across Canada. which should be fun.

anyways, I'm going to sleep.

PEACE AND LOVE!!!!!!

GAHHHHHH!!!!

there is sooo much to tell and not a lot of time to tell it.

So, right at the moment I'm on bike tour in BC. I'll attempt to post again in the near future but I can't make any solid guarentees. The best part was painting the outhouse awesomely. I used such pretty colors in there. Hopefully that'll make up for the stink. XD

went on a crazy boat ride last night in the middle of a storm. that was sooo fun. the waves were about eight feet high. intense. and we were in a little boat. We got totally SOAKED. that was when there was a tornado about an hours drive north of us. it was sweeeet. and the lightning was bright pink. it was great. and it would just hang in the sky for seconds at a time. Zeus was putting on one helluva show for us. We saw the tornado forming, too. it was sooooo awesome. We saw this big puffy pillar of cumulus clouds that was expanding sooo rapidly. It was like there were explosions. If i can get Karen's e-mail I'll post up the pictures for you.

anyways, I'll try my hardest to get enough time to check everyon's blogs, but we have to go pretty quick, so i can't guarentee.

I love you all!!!

Talk to you soon, i hope!!!!

errrm, this may be a bit of a dampener...

So, it just dawned on me that I'm not gonna be here for most of the rest of the summer. Yeeah, I've known for about a week, but i guess i kept thinking something was gonna post pone it. oh well.

Yeeah, i get to go work for my dad's company. I'm gonna be doing painting and landscaping and whatever other odd jobs they might need me for. I guess it could be worse. I could be stuck in some nasty fast food place or something. Though, being a vegetarian it probably wouldn't be a good idea for me to go into the food service business. XD

But, hey! At least I'm not gonna be stuck doing nothing in Sylvan all summer...though these last few days have been pretty much heaven for me. Well, they would be if i had no one else living in my house with me and a completely unlimited supply of peanut butter pickle sandwiches. I've been craving them soo bad these past few days. mmmm. Yeah, it's been a pretty amazing week. It was raining almost the whole time and i read for days straight and wrote for a few more days straight. and i took a walk in the rain down to the library...wearing a makeshift cloak and a headscarf. I either looked very foreign or i looked like I'd just walked out of a story book. The lady at the desk in the library almost might have thought so when she saw me. It was great. I've always wanted to walk around town like that. Sooo fun.

But anyways, it's twelve fifty five, so i should probably go to bed. today has pretty much been the only kinda crappy day all week. I finished my reading books and couldn't seem to get any inspiration for writing so i was petty darn bored all day. plus i was woken by my sisi throwing rocks at my window so I'd come unlock the door for her. She slept over at a friend's place.

All right, well, I'll talk to you guys in a little bit. Hopefully sooner than later! If i don't talk to you before school starts for most of you, HAPPY SUMMER!! Hopefully tat won't be the case, though, as i would probably die a little inside every single day.

Love,
Cuppy Fox

ksdghoqhbvhdbfhibvafbowr...ackapfff!!!

hahah. me and my sisi have been saying ackapfff constantly lately. sooo funny.

okay, well, the only thing i wanted to mention here is that i was up until about five-ish this morning reading. i read the last...half...of Beka Cooper by Tamora Pierce and Leven Thumps and the Gateway to Foo by Obert Skye. They were both awesome. and before that i read Briar's Book, also by Tamora Pierce. and now i have to read the Book of Lost Tales by JRR Tolkien, the god of fantasy writings. hmmm, what i wouldn't do to write like him.

well, i suppose i wouldn't kill anyone. Or start eating meat again. or chop down a tree. Or aid in the chopping of trees. or stop blogging (shows how much i love you guys, really). Or give up writing and reading.

speaking of writing, I figured out that i have about twenty two books that I'm writing at the moment...or should be writing...or would be writing if it wasn't all on the laptop, the cord to which my mom left at someone's house. Which is suckish. Well, i do have a few that are on paper instead of computer, but i really don't know what to do with them. too much. I have to do some insane plot summarizing shiznatch. It's gonna be intense once i get the chance. I think i shall write all of the titles now.

Elementals Series:
Battle-Kian and Kalila, friends in the town of Yurale, are both swept off to battle when a prince of the north and a noble of their country tell them Thadacus, an evil wizard from the past, has risen again. Kalila can't tell the army she's a girl or they'll kill her and she does enjoy the adventure, so she goes with the flow until she's separated from her platoon and sent running from Thadacus' hordes into uncharted areas of the planet.
Blackout-Amyrillis, Maya, Laren and Ashleigh are four girl who have all recently come of age and set out to make a life for themselves in the city. but one day the four of them go for a ride they never return from. They inadvertantly stumbled across a council of sprites and are flung into a battle against the rising army of darkness. But first they have to rescue the old high preistess, who decied she never wants another thing to do with the elements.
Quest-Trissa Laites and her friends, the prince and princess of the fairies, are set out on a quest to retrieve seven stones after the Dark Ones finally break through the barriers around the City of the Fairies. On the way they're pursued by men, dark ones and corrupted by the power of the stones. But, unfortunately, none of them know what they're supposed to do after they find them all and news soon reaches them that the queen, their only source of information, is dead.
Blizzard-Draeden and Cuinn, a completely opposite pair of brothers, and their friend Gareth have worked the half dead fields for years for the demons that rule all the northern lands. Their growing season is short and they have little food to feed their families without the Ice Demons taking annual taxes. Draeden eventually gets so fed up he draws up secret plans to take them down. In the middle of the night, he, his sister, his brother and Gareth leave for the nearest city and start the silent recruiting, first of commoners and quickly they turn to nobles. But when a half frozen girl shows up with information about the Palace of Ice they decide to change tactics.
Pandemonium-Twelve elementals are apparently chosen to be saviors of everything good, but how can the mismatched group do anything when they're constantly quarreling with each other? The continued adventures of Gorith, Draeden, Cuinn, Kalila, Kian, Trissa, Amyrillis, Laren, Maya and Ashleigh with their new tutors and colleagues, Flare and Starray.

Gravity-When Alex Gibrald picks up his newly adopted daughter, Jenna, she's as sullen as could possibly be imagined. But as she gets to know her new parents she becomes incredibly interested in their proffessions. Alex is an inventor, working on an alternate energy source the whole world can use and Kari is a quantum physicist. But when Alex makes a breakthrough in his experiments all of a sudden there's people that want him, and his family, dead. The three of them are forced to run through the united states from enemies they don't know with Alex still trying for a grant to make his mchine.
Magnets-Alex and Jenna were now hiding out in a small town in Manitoba, Canada when Alex gets another great idea for an invention. Of course, the world hadn't quite advanced to the technology level they needed to build it and with the two of them in hiding they thought they'd be safe from that particular idea. Until a group of crazed religious fanatics comes back in time from when there are billions of Alex's inventions built all over space. The group sweeps the two of them off into the future where they have to fight not only the relious factions that don't believe in the magnatron, but the government who wants nothing for than to shut the whole time travel thing in a bag for their personal study.

The Free-dom-A year before 2012 a group of hippies set up eighteen communities around the world. After 2012, and the huge catastrophe that went with it, the communities (Free-doms) are still running smoothly in their completely green and simple lifestyle. The rest of the world, however, is in chaos. nearly every government and economy had fallen and cruel dictators had risen up to take advantage of the scared crowds. Dizzy, Cactus and Skitch didn't know the extent of the damage when they set out to find adventure with one of the messengers, Zachalope. But after stopping the destruction of one of the Free-doms, they start to get the picture.

Girls Will Be Girls:
Don't Answer That-Sheryl was sent to be a novice at the Monastery when she was ten. by age sixteen she was taking the vows of silence that were her only challenge to becoming the youngest nun in the world. Unfortunately, as soon as Young Lord Jeremy of Litherfel shows up, her vows are broken constantly and the start of another three months in silence begins. Until someone tries to kidnap Sheryl, thinkning it will somehow upset Jeremy. Forunately for her, Jeremy shows up first and kidnaps her himself, taking her into hiding with him. Until they find them and leave them in the middle of a forest to die. Stuck with the ikes of Jeremy, Sheryl doesn't know if she can keep her anti-homicidal vows.
Black Feathers-Eilis was taken to the Academy for Blackbirds when she was only two years old and trained for fourteen years to become a proffessional assassin. But when it finally comes time to do her practical exam she's sent off to the palace in Rahl to spy on as many nobles as she can and eventually kill one of her teacher's choosing. But while she's there she hears a little more than she bargained for about the workings of the kingdom and the minds of those that want to bring it down.
(Insert unnamed book from this series)-Catarina lives a normal life in the province of Ontario. Well, normal for her. But as soon as she first hits puberty she notices some serious changes to her. Her mom assures her it's just the normal changes every girl goes through...until the lights start exploding when Cat enters a room and her homework starts doing itself. But somehow her mother doesn't believe anything is wrong, even when a group of tiny people take of residence in Cat's room.
Arvial-Arvial and her best friend Paul live as normal of lives as you can get in a war torn world. They live in one of the three cities left in Alberta, which is also one of the few provinces left in Canada from when the Americans finally decided to invade with the Russians. But soon after her birthday Arvial starts having weird dreams that she could swear were absolutely real. In an alternate reality the land of Galasa is slowly being taken over by a rebel force. There's a rumor of a connection between their world and another, but nothing is proven until Pria-aba, a princess of Galasa, pulls Paul and Arvial through a connection opening. Soon enough the three of them find themselves plunging head-first into the resistance to the rebels. But Arvial needs to learn magic and they can't find any spellbooks...

Journey Lands:
This is a series with five books, none of whch have names or very defined plots...the only thing I know is that a group of five people gets sucked into a book.

Beneath the Bridges-Four kids accidentally doze off one night in different parts of a forest. When they wake up they're in the underground homes of dwarves, fairies and several other fairy tale creatures. All of which are telling them that only they can save the magical community from destruction by trolls and totally senile dragons.

okay, i don't feel like finishing this. perhaps I'll edit it in a while.
To The End Of The World-

Demins-

Split World-

The Glory Of Darkness-

And that's all of them. i would add descriptions, but...well, maybe I'll at least put down the main characters...okay. I'll go back and put the main characters by the titles. Actually, I don't know what kind of help that's gonna be, so i won't. I wish i had good synopsises for them. but for the most part i just don't. Well, i suppose i could always try...I'll go back and put THOSE up. =D

anyway, I'm gonna go, now

Peace out, Lovettes!

Please don't miss the post below this one!!

Okay. MATE. Levi, you asked what it is, so I will tell you...and show you.

Yerba Mate (pronounced yer-bah mah-tay) is a plant that grows in Argentina (and likely other places in South America) that they drink a lot of in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and Lebanon (I think, though it could be some other middle eastern country.) You can drink it in a couple different ways. first of all, you can do it the same way as coffee in a coffee maker. Or you can get it in tea bags. The second best way to do it is in a french press. And the absolute best way to drink it is the traditional way with a bombilla (bom-bee-ya). That's how i drink it. a bombilla is a metal straw with a filter on it.

You put the mate leaves (and sometimes stems) in the bottom of a cup and them put the bombilla in it then fill it with hot water and drink it through the bombilla. Then you can pass the cup around to anyone you're drinking it with because it's a very social drink.

I wouldn't suggest drinking it alone, though, 'cause you sometimes end up doing very strange things...

But here's a picture of me drinking some mate.

and here's some pictures i got off the Internet of some super pretty gourds and bombillas.

in other news, did i tell you i started a band? I couldn't believe it. but it's good that I'm back in Sylvan so i have a chance to talk to you. I haven't checked anyone's blogs yet, so I'm still waaay behind. But, I'll give an update of what i did all week.

on Saturday we set out and about an hour out of Sylvan we got Crapped on by a bird that wasn't even in the sky. there was nothing up there and all of a sudden our windshield is COVERED. it was sooo gross, but sooo funny. so we went to a car wash and got it cleaned up then headed to Cremona. It was a random little town we found on the map of Alberta in my dad's car so we decided to drive to it...expecting it to be small hic-town in the prairies. It wasn't. it was actually very picturesque. it was on the side of a hill leading down into a little ravine that i think had a stream in the bottom. very pretty.

then we headed south to highway one and went to BC. it was a goooood long drive. ahha. we got stuck in Vernon, though. the town goes around a lake so all of it's main streets go in circles and we got stuck in one. ahhh. it was horrible. we went totally crazy by the end. and when we finally got OUT of Vernon we tried to find a campsite only the road we went on led BACK to Vernon. it was weird. weirdest thing I've ever seen. Or done.

But we ended up in a campsite in...somewhere west of Vernon. We made it to Vancouver Sunday afternoon and took the ferry to Schwarts Bay by Victoria. it was a good trip. Windy up top of the ferry, but good all the same. then we went to Sooke to see my brother Steve and his girlfriend and we camped there for one night then met up with my other brother and camped that night on a beach...sort of. we stayed in a campsite by the beach but we lit a big fire by the water and had supper down there. it was cool. Then we went to the Xavier Rudd concert in Victoria on Monday night. it was soooo great. loud, crazy, sweaty. allll good. I danced like a freaking maniac. ahaha. when i went to bathroom there was this huge line-up for the girls washroom so i started people sharing washrooms 'cause there was three urinals in the women's and three stalls in the men's. So yeah, i ended up helping to convince the security guy there to let girls into the guys and guys into the girls. it was cool.

oh yeah, before the concert we walked around Vic for a while and picked me up some mate. mm. one full kilogram of it. for ten bucks. sooo cheap. it's amazingly low priced. you can hardly even FIND it in Alberta let alone buy a kilo of it for ten bucks. it would have actually been only eight bucks but BC has PST as well as GST and it was two bucks a bag. So. but that doesn't matter because i got such cheap mate!! we found other bags in there the same size as these ones only they were 11 bucks apiece. it was laaame. good thing we bought this stuff. =D

anyways, after the concert we went back to Sooke and camped and then in the morning we headed out to Ucluelet with mah bro Geoff. on the way there me and Geoff jumped into a river and went through this little waterfall. It was freezing cold, though. then we stayed at the campground in Ukee and did some funky stuff around town.

first day we went on a hike around some bays and things. we started off on a trail and ended up clambering around over rocks and through caves and stuff. that was me my dad and my sisi.

next day me and Geoff surfed at Florencia Bay. I had to use his old wetsuit and John's surfboard 'cause i don't have my own stuff (why would i when i live in ALBERTA? XD) and that was cool. then we went back to Lisa's house in town (that's where Geoff spends a lot of his time) and chilled out with the cool people there.

on the final morning i went to Lisa's for breakfast and mate (looots of mate that morning) and i hung out on the deck for hours with Kirsty and Jerry and my brother. and after that we went to see my brother's house out in the forest. he lives in a hammock with a tarp over top of it. it's sooo cool. Then we walked a little further on to where this guy built an epic tree house and a winter house underneath it the some tree roots and a stump. it's super neat. Up at the top of the tree house (which is about sixty feet in the air) there's this huge fishing net that you jump into to get down to the ground. this thing is SIXTY FEET UP!!! and I jumped into it!! it was sooo cool. i wanted to do it again, but i couldn't because we spent about half an hour up in the tree arguing with my brother about who should go first because me and my sis were sooo scared of it. I ended up getting so pissed at Geoff for bugging me that i just THREW myself out of the tree house. then Geoff came and Corrinna was still so scared that she had to climb down the tree instead. ah well.

then we went back to Lisa's and i once again hung out on the deck with Kirsty, John, Jerry, Geoff and this girl named Ashley for a little bit. then Swamp Bear showed up and it was good to see him again. he's a super cool guy. we had to leave soon, though because Corrinna refused to go into that house and she was getting homesick so we drove to Parksville (still on the island) and stayed the night there. in the morning we took the ferry from Nanaimo to Vancouver then drove all night back to Sylvan Lake, Alberta.

On the way we picked up two hitchhikers. the first was a girl named Carly and her dog Bunny. She was cool but bunny was a little sketchy around new people. apparently he'd been abused before she got him, so he's not a big people fan. He seemed to like me at least. he only growled at me once and he actually walked over to me when we stopped for gas.

The second was a guy named Tom that we picked up at about eleven o'clock. he was pretty much a lifesaver for us 'cause he kept our dad awake while me and Corrinna slept. it was good. and neither hitcher seemed too scared of my dad's crazy driving either. he goes 130 km down the Fraser Canyon which is soooo curvy. but it's okay 'cause he's a really good driver.

then we ended up back in Sylvan at about nine in the morning. My dad had a nap and left and i sat down o the computer to write this 'cause it's rainy outside and i don't wanna go out. XD

But, I'll talk to all of you soon!!

Peace and Love!

OH MI GOSHIES!!

kay, so I'm leaving tomorrow. so don't expect to hear from me for...two months...ish...the internet will be scarce indeed on the road, but I'll try and comment/update whenever possible. More. Days. And then i will be on my way to BC again. Yeeeeeeeesssss... I can't wait. I'm just sooo excited. Gah. Okay, updateness.

So, Saturday was pretty coool. There was eight people here in total. Me, my sister, Sarah, Shelby, Sloane, Taylor, Brittany and Jordyn. We went to the park and played grounders for a while in the afternoon then came back here when Shelby fractured her toe. well, me and Sarah walked Shelby back here while Jordyn, Brittany and Taylor walked to Jordyn's house to get Jordyn a change of clothes and Sloane and Corrinna sat at the playground to tell them we were going back to the house (we left after they did). And the three of us decided to check out a street performers wanted ad at the Bayview Cafe. you know how we jammed out on the last day of school? well, we've started a jam band called Skittle Jam. It's pretty sweet. I play didj, drums and sing, Sarah sings and plays drums, Shelby does guitar and sings and then there's a bunch of other people that come along and play if they want. it's a sort of fluctuating band. =D But we're the main three. Only Shelby and Sarah can sign up for it, though, 'cause I'm gonna be gone most of the summer if not all. But I'll get to that in a moment. =D

Anyways, when the rest of the party got back we decided to go to the beach. We only got about two blocks away from our house, though, before Taylor's mom drove by us and pretty much kidnapped Taylor. it was sooo stupid. And lame. she drove up and was like 'You're busted, you're busted. get in the car." so Taylor, being a nice girl who's very afraid of her parents, got in the car and they drove off. What I don't understand, though, is why she would be driving down that particular street when they live in Benalto, which is almost an hour away from Sylvan Lake. And her mom doesn't work near where I live. she works on the other side of town. So, her mom is a creepy stalker who won't let her do anything without supervision. Apparently the only thing she was busted for was going down to the beach. Even though my sister said we didn't have any definite plans for the day and the beach was a possibility so everyone should bring their swim suits. Gah, it was so annoying. Haha. My mom is gonna pay them a little visit one of these days, though. I wish i could go. I'd love to see her chew Gina a new @$$hole. XD

After that we were a little disheartened and we went back to our house then left an hour later for a swim then came back and watched movies until two in the morning. haha I only got three hours of sleep before i got up to make breakfast and fold laundry. XD 'twas funny.

Then Sunday was Father's day and i slept for a lot of it...though id id visit with my dad for several hours before he had to leave and we went out and had dinner and whatnot. it was great.

Then yesterday i went down to the pier to have a vegetarian potluck with a bunch of people. it was nice except that it was windy. and the food people brought was sooo good. Shelby brought a sweet potato salad. Sarah brought pizza, Megan brought peanut butter and chocolate bars, Christen brought something or other that i can't remember the name of (it was a tomato thing that you put on bread and it was really good.), Tyler brought a salad and i brought a veggie pie. It was great. Mitch and Kayla were there too, but they didn't have any food 'cause they just sorta tagged along...for the better i might add. we took a lot of pictures, too, mostly of a bunch of us attempting to get warm on a bench by cuddling.haha. it was great.

Then we went to the school and had our auditions for Grease. it was coool. Shelby, Sarah and Colin are pretty much guaranteed parts because they're awesome like that. I hope i don't get a part, though 'cause i want to get dreads over the summer and i can't if i have to be someone in the play 'cause I'd have to cut them off and grow my hair out again...which might be easy enough, but it'd be a waste of awesomeness to get dreads and not be able to keep them in. =D

Then i did my math exam today...it wasn't too bad. some of the questions were so easy i don't actually know how they got onto a final exam. XD it was funny. I almost laughed in the middle of the test, but i contained myself. XD I skipped half of it, though, 'cause i couldn't get a calculator so i sat outside in the grass until Ms. Wagers came and got me. XD 'twas awesome.

and now. in three days. i get. to go. to BC!!!!! AHHH!!!!! I'm going out to the island first to visit my brother Geoff in Tofino and shred some gnar for a couple days. then I'm going to Sooke to visit my brother Steve and m sister Serena at the Firemaker Primitive Skills Festival. Then I'm going to Victoria to work for a couple weeks with a lady named Tanya in her landscaping business. I'm buying a bike there, too, before my dad leaves so i can bike across BC with Steve and Serena when they get out of the festival. And in August I'm going to Shambhala!!!! YES!!! gonna be awesome. then i get to come back to Alberta and do grade eleven and Grease. hopefully i can take Math through correspondence next year and take Spanish instead. XD That would be great.

anyways, I'm out now. gotta start checking if i have everything i need to pack for the bike trip. =D

Peace and Love, my friends!!

School's OUT!!!!!!!!!! awe yeeah. =D

yes! yesterday was mah last day of school. and it was a freakishly great one, too. I may have mentioned that this week i had sooo many spares, but if i didn't: this week had sooo many spares. On Monday i only had to go to CALM, social and do a band test, all of which were in the morning so i got the afternoon off. Of course, i was SUPPOSED to go to math class, but i skipped it all week. XD
then on tuesday I only had to go to social and CALM (and math hahah) but they were my first two classes and i had a band spare all week.
On wednesday I went to CALM so my friend Megan wouldn't be a loner(I had finished my final project on Tuesday) but she finished early so we got to leave. then i went to Social and had the rest of the day off. hehe. that was the day me and Tyler came to my house and made scones. mmm. they was nummy. =D I went back for lunch that day but came back with tyler and christen and hung out at my place for the rest of the day.
Then on Thursday (yesterday) I had the BEST day of the entire freaking year. it was sooo great. I didn't eat breakfast yesterday morning 'cause I only had one class to go to and i woke up late so i thought I'd be back in a bout an hour. I wasn't.
I went to social and then during my CALM spare(which was next) I chilled out in the band room with Megan and Sarah (who are both in my CALM class) and Shelby who had gym and didn't want to go. We had this totally epic jam session in there with me and Sarah and helby(sometimes) singing and Me and megan on the drums occaisionally with Sarah and Shelby playing guitar.
Then it came to third class which i had a band spare in. veryone had to go to class except me so i went with Tyler and Sarah to their drama class. Unfortunately they were playing taboo, one of the most boring games in the world to me. So me and Sarah and Tyler left early and went back to the band room to jam out again. Chelsea was there too, so we chilled with her while she did homework.
Then lunch rolled around and Megan and Kayla and Shelby came along with some other people who didn't stay for very long. We had another epic jam session then with Kayla and Shelby and sometimes Mitch on the guitars, me and Sarah and Shelby and sometimes Marrissa singing and me and Megan and Sarah and Tyler on the drums (sometimes. we shared between them). Julie came in at one ooint and played on the glockenspiel. it was cool.
then second last period came and almost no one left except a Kayla and a few people i barely know who were listening. though Danson and Josh both came in then and Dandon started playin his bass guitar and Josh was doing drums and we sort of meshed our jamming even though no one said a word.
then at last period the grade nine band came in so me and Tyler and Shelby and Sarah went into the instrument storage room while they cleaned up the band room. Tyler eventally went to steal Kayla from whatever class she had and we jammed out again. it was pretty awesome.
Then after school ended we jammed for a couple more hours in the band room( Me, Sarah, Marrissa, My sister, Shelby, Mitch and...no one else.) after a while me and my sisi invited Shelby and Sarah to come over. And for some strange reason Marrissa thought she was invited even though i don't particularly like her all that much and nor did any of the others. it was strange. and she couldn't take any of the hints i was throwing out, either. like singing "I've got TWO friends coming over to my house!" and appearing startled when i noticed Marrissa walking behind us. Unfortunately i forgot to use the "We can only have two people over" line. Damn. XP
but we got home and ate some pizza that Sarah cooked for us (which was totally delicious) and eventually went to walk Shelby home. Fortunaely at this point i said that Shelby could only have a couple people over and fur was probably too much so Marrissa would just have to walk home or whatever. Then we dropped shelby off and went walking with Sarah around to some parks and stuff. we stopped at Fox Run school (the middle school) and played an epic game of grounders with the little kids that were on the playground. they were totally intense and cute and a little horribly adorable when they said some things..."Don't you know what friggin' monkey bars are? What are you retarded?" for example. that coming from a kid that's probably in about grade four is horribly adorable.
Eventually they managed to totally tire us out, though and we went to my house so Sraha could call her parents then went walking to a lovely pond that I go to sometimes to get away from civilization. We couldn't stay long, though, 'cause it was getting dark and mosquitoes were coming ot. so we went back to my house, Sarah got picked up and i went to sleep. and now I'm officially on exam week holiday. YES!!

and on Saturday we're having a grounders party and a whoever-can sleepover. Then it's Father's Day and then I'm having a picnic on Monday along with some sweet jaming and auditions for Grease. YES! It's gonna be sweeet.

Well, Peace, Love, Happiness and whatever else you need!!!!!

LOVE, Cuppy

somme stirfnesses...

so, I totally forgot to mention this in the last post, but i left my sweater (the only one i owned) at Fox Run school. fortunately (?) Matt picked it up and brought it to the school. Unfortunately he gave it to Nikki and i don't know where it went from there. ah well. i think it's because there was a stone in the pocket and it wanted to be with someone else. which is cool. and i can always make a new one. After all, I've been sewing sooo much lately. sewing random stuff for people. Like a skirt for my friend Amanda (it's a dark blue skirt that i made poofier by adding in six triangles of fabric in the colors of the rainbow. it's awesome.) and I'm sewing a bag of smiles for my friend Kim. I've decided to give presents on my birthday rather than receive them this year and I asked Kim what she wanted and she said 'just a smile will do.' So now I'm sewing her a whole bag of them it's gonne be awesome. and I sewed some other stuff for people. like a bag for my friend christen . I haven't actually started it yet, but it's gonna be awesome.

I'm also getting my first actual birthday party on Monday...even though my birthday isn't until the thirteenth of July. But i won't be here, so it's all cool. kay, to explain all of this i have to explain my day. okay

I woke up at about two this morning and listened to Enya for almost four hours. in that time i drank three bowls of mate. And i watched the sun rise at about four. ooh. the moon was still up just before the clouds started turning pink and it was glowing soo brightly. And it rained last night so everything smelled so fresh and clean. mmm. I love the rain.

Then it started raining a bit when me and my sisi walked to school and that was nice. CALM was first today and i did a final exam then. After that I talked with Megan and Sarah. then i went to social and was totally zoned out because the mate was making me all peaceful today. 'twas great. Then i had CALM again and i once again talked with megan and sarah all class. we were supposed to be working on a project but we didn't get a lot done. XD then i had lunch outside in the football field and that was cool. It was after that that i realized I had forgotten my trumpet at home and i had a playing test today last period. so after lunch i skipped math (for the third time in the last three days XD) and walked home to get it. when i got back to the school i started sewing Kim's present then i did my playing test (which i failed horribly. I was so hot 'cause it was crazy in the band room and three hours of sleep last night had finally started to catch up to me that i couldn't get any of my notes right. ugh. it was suckish, to say the least.) So now I have a spare during that block. and because I'm also going to be skipping math until the end of the year (which is in three days) I get the afternoons off every day. it's pretty sweet.

anyways, during calm me, sarah and megan had decided we were all going over to megan's house to finish that project. after school, though, we were talking to Shelby and Tyler and Christen and my sister in the hall and we decided that they should all come over to. But because Megan lives in an apartment that wouldn't work too well. so we decided to come to my house instead. when we got here we drank several rounds of mate between us and ended up all of us sitting in my room talking and reading my vegetarian magazines. That was when we decided that we're having a picnic on Monday and we'd all make some sort of vegetarian food and bring it along to the lake after the exam that day. Then, after a little more debate they all decided that it was going to be my birthday party. and i told them that I've never actually had a birthday party before. Because I haven't. usually my family is on vacation for my birthday so we forget about it or everyone else is on vacation so i can't have much of a party. so this is actually truly the first birthday party I've had since i was about six. that's a ten year gap. it's crazy. But it's gonna be awesome. I'm making a veggie pie. mmm. with cabbage leaves baked on top. soo good.

Me and Megan also taught sarah a bit about stones. well, the stones that i have in my room. I have a blue tigers eye, a brown tigers eye a quartz crystal, a reddish brown stone that i don't know, moonstone, and amethyst, a blue stone that i can't remember the name of and my obsidian, Kevin. I love them all dearly. haha, funny thing, though. So, one day my sisi finds this red stone on my dresser and she's like 'Did Audrey give you this one? It's pretty." but I had no clue what she was talking about because Audrey hadn't given me the stone, it just randomly appeared in my room that day. it was weird. Then Corrinna gave me the reddish brown stone that her friend had given her but she didn't want. so i had my stones until I lost my sweater and the red stone that was in the pocket. the day after that, though, i was sorting through some fabric and bags that are beside my dresser and i find this reddish brown stone. then corrinna comes in and I tell her about it and she says "that's the stone i gave you from Kirsten. You've had it for a long time" But it hadn't been in my bed (that's where I keep my stones) and i showed her the one i thought was the one she gave me. it was actually the brown tigers eye. and it just randomly showed up in my room one day. it's the weirdest thing. I don't know why stones just randomly appear in my room. but i don't mind. =]

anyways, though, after a while of planning and whatnot Tyler's mom phoned him saying there was a tornado warning. this sorta freaked christen out but then lighting started streaking across the sky and thunder was booming and it looked so uber cool outside. then it started raining and everyone decided it was time for them to all go home. so me and my sisi decided to walk Tyler, Shelby and sarah back to their houses...in the crazy rain and te lightning and a tornado warning in Red Deer. it was awesome. and we got totally soaked. we dropped Shelby off first then went to Tyler's house to drop some of his stuff off and went to Sarah's for hot chocolate. then her parents gave us a ride home and now I'm here posting all of this. =]

I gotta say, though, today was absolutely perfect in every way. I have never had a better day in my life. I woke up feeling peaceful and serene then the school day totally flew by and the evening still doesn't feel like it's going to ever end. it's sooo awesome. not to mention i feel about a billion times closer to all of these people and we have plans for both Saturday and Monday. It's great. Then, on the twenty seventh I'm leaving for BC so i can shred some gnar in Tofino and bike cross BC to shambhala and then back to Alberta for next year. oooh. we're doing Grease as a school play next year. YES!! gonna be awesome. I totally can't wait.

anyways though, I should stop boring you all with the details of my life and go sew...or maybe eat some food. yeeah.

Peace and Love and as much happiness as you can all physically stand!!!!
